Conference Center
The full-function conference center has 8 small and large conference halls that accommodate conferences of 15 to 350 people. Equipped with advanced audio/video and simultaneous translation system, the conference center can meet the requirement of large international conferences.
The international conference hall consists of three conference rooms and and one multi-function hall. Rooms No. 2, 3 and 4 are small conference rooms and each has an area of 78 square meters. Room No. 5 is the multi-function hall with an area of 330 square meters, which can be rearranged into two to three small conference halls if necessary and conferences can be held in arrangement of circle, hollow circle, classroom, and banguet setting. |

The Musical Hall
The Musical hall is located in the main building (west side on the third floor) and takes an area of 700 square meters. The musical hall was designed by China Broadcast and Television Administration's Building Acoustic Design Institute, the first professional musical hall in the Inner Mongolia. It can accommodate 500 people with VIP rooms, actorsĄŻ waiting room, actorsĄŻ dressing and rest rooms available. Equipped with professional lighting and audio systems and large-scale back projection equipment, the musical hall can be used for large conference, entertainment show, and other large activities. |

Provide the following without charge: conference microphone, registration podium, guidance sign, tea, paper, pen, and movable lecture podium.
Note: The conference room rates are charged on half-day (less than hours) or full-day (4 to 8 hours) basis rather than hourly basis. |
